How to care for your floors

3 easy steps to a beautifully maintained hardwood floor...

Step 1
Step 1

Vacuum or Sweep

Always vacuum or sweep to remove dirt and grit prior to cleaning your wood floors with the Bona® WoodFloorWipe® Hardwood Floor Cleaning Kit.

Step 2
Step 2

Spray

Lightly mist an 8'x8' area of your wood floor, or directly mist the Bona® Mop terry cloth cover, with Bona® Swedish Formula® Hardwood Floor Cleaner.

Step 3 Step 3

Wipe

Using a back and forth motion, clean the floor surface with your Bona® Mop or clean, soft cloth. Finish one area before moving on to the next. The Bona® Mop's low profile and easy-to-maneuver swivel-head makes it the perfect cleaning tool for the hard-to-reach areas such as under furniture and cabinets, around doors or in tight corners. When your terry cloth cover or cloth becomes soiled, replace with clean ones. Continued use of excessively soiled covers or cloths may cause streaking. Your Bona® Mop terry cloth covers are reusable. Simply wash and dry them as you would any toweling.

When a spill occurs, soak up the bulk liquid promptly. Mist the affected area with Bona® Hardwood Floor Cleaner and clean with your Bona® Mop or a clean, soft cloth.
